Windows 7 Did a clean install of windows 7 32 bit version...

Hello all! I recently did a clean install of windows 7 x32bit...the installation process seems fine, and everything is fine till the install is complete. The moment of my first log in, it started to freeze/lag endlessly...Please and thank you for your help, I have spent 2 days now...it's very frustrating...I have re-installed MULTIPLE times...

How old is your hard drive? I have had new ones that seemed to install the OS fine, but after the first or second boots, the system became unusable.

What happens if you boot into Safe Mode?
