Windows 7 digitally signed drivers required /can't update windows

I just reformatted recently, wasn't having trouble, just felt it was time. After a fresh install of Windows 7 this
started to pop up

after trying to install graphics driver. I tried downloading again but I don't think it installed correctly. Looking in the device manager it tells me this: Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52) I'm getting this for pretty much everything that re quires one (digitally signed drivers)... Also a problem is preventing Windows troubleshooter from starting. I can't even update windows, says service is not running...
I'm on a HP Pavilion m6-1045dx Entertainment Notebook
I never had to deal with anything like this on any of my computers /laptops /desktops.. only this HP!

Okay so I think I'm able to download without a hitch by disabling sig auth on startup pressing f8 but without doing so I'd still have problem and I shouldn't have to disable everytime, also I'm still not able to update Windows.

upgrading to Windows 10 fixed all that! I still want to know what happened after installing Windows 7... If anyone had this happen or maybe just heard of this happening before please reply. I'd like to know thanks!

Note: I remembered while I was reformatting it gave me a message saying, "Windows setup could not configure windows on this computers hardware." So what I did was shift+fn+f10 and typed in cmd prompt c:\windows\system32\oobe; msoobe to finish install.
