Windows 10 Driver Issues as "flagged" by "Device Manager". Would like to resolve prior to RESET or Hard Drive Change and MS10 Reload

NET:

1)I have an older Thinkpad T500 which came with Windows 7 and I later upgraded to Windows 10.

2)I had given it to my sister; she no longer uses it, and I am planning on:

A) Doing a Reset and reloading Windows 10
B) Possibly change the hard Drive and reload Windows 10, etc, via USB Tool

3)I had read that some people run into Driver issues after Windows Update, so I wanted to do an “inventory” and know what drivers I had in case I run into issues after Hard Drive Change, Windows reload, etc.

4)When I look into “Device Manager” I see (3) current issues. (see photo).

5)I would like to resolve these before proceeding, but when I right click and request “Update Driver”, the Computer does not find it, etc.

6)Any suggestions, recommendations on how to proceed?

7)Am I being too cautious? Will this be resolved after I do a “RESET” of my computer?

Thanks for folks help and input on this

You can use a site like devicehunt.com to determine the devices. From that info you should be able to find driver's.
The 4 digits after VEN are the vendor Id and the 4 after dev are the device id.
1180 is Ricoh and 0592 is a memory card reader
