Windows 10 Enable fluent design in power saving mode

Is there any way to enable fluent design in power saving mode.The design looks cool I don't care it consumes battery battery is important so I don't want to disable power saving

The Fluent Design being turned off during power saving mode is done for exactly what you are saying - conserving your laptops battery. There may be some registry edit or group policy to forcefully keep Fluent Design enabled, but this would defeat a lot of the battery saving and downclocking that takes place when Windows is in Power Saving mode.
