Windows 7 Error message when clicking on hyperlinks

I just installed Windows 7 and now I get an error message every time I click on an link in my Outlook messages. The only way I can get to websites is to copy and paste the link to the Browser. Doesn't matter if I am using Internet Explorer or Firefox. Is there a setting I need to change?
