Windows 7 ERROR Not Found 0x80070490 problem

I have windows 7 on my Samsung laptop and I went to install program and it went through all the install process and right at the end it says " installation unsuccessful, ERROR Not Found 0x80070490 problem " I have tried a couple programs to fit this issue but without any luck, could anyone please tell me how I go about fixing this problem
