Error on one of four drives, cannot format or read

I'm having weird problems with a small SSD drive, F: (120GB).

C:\Users\Administrator>chkdsk f:
The type of the file system is RAW.
CHKDSK is not available for RAW drives.

Server management shows F: drive as healthy status, yet I was unable to create a text file in that drive in windows explorer plus getting errors shown above and in screenshots. Any idea how to rectify this?

A raw disc means there is no partition table. If you can't format the disk, it is probably bad. You can use a tool such as Seagate Sea Tools to check the health of the drive. Windows Disk Manager isn't really good for checking the health.

I installed that and the drive doesn't show up in the scan, only the other 3 do. It's a Samsung 850 drive, not Seagate.

You could format the drive to unlock it but without knowing who or why it got locked we cann't help you recover any data off it.
