Windows 7 Error while using "Personalize"

Hello,

When I go to desktop and right click, and choose "Personalize", there comes error "Explorer.exe this file has no program associated with it ..."

I had same problem before and found registry fix from net, but then it happened while I was using Win-E buttons. I can open the personalize window from control panel tho.

Winkey + E gets me the computer dialog. I cannot see what the right clicking Personalize refers to, perhaps the fix you installed messed something up.

Since I am not going to install your fix, can you describe what it actually did? Have you looked for any fixes regarding the context menu? Probably something got changed in that reference, and it may take some registry modification to repair.

It seems to be starting the control panel, but hard for me to tell.
