After upgrading to Windows 7 from Vista, I keep getting unexpected reboots from the following:

Event ID: 1001,
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffa80043aa060, 0xfffff80000b9c518, 0xfffffa800511f580). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 112409-23166-01. I'm assuming it's an issue with a driver.

Here is my system info:

Most all of us agree that an upgrade is not the route to take. It leaves useless files on your system and can cause conflicts. as you are experiencing now.

Save all you Documents, Pictures, contacts, videos, music, etc to a flash drive,

Be aware, you will need to re-install your 3rd party applications.
