Today for the first time i got the BSOD.

My pc is desktop running windows 7 64-bit.

I have Norton v11 antivirus protection and google chrome web browser.

80GB hard disk, MSI motherboard, 1GB RAM, (If you need further info please ask me)



I unable to read the Blue screen as it appears for 2 seconds (the line which i see is dumping physical memorybut not sure)

and then my pc restarts and i got this message





Windows has recovered from an Unexpected shutdown

Note: But when i try to open minidump it shows access denied. I dont know what to do..

we need to see the actual dump file proper. Did you try the app in the thread I posted?
Also I can tell your missing a critical service pack for windows 7. Please download and install SP1 from here:

No my dump files gone when i did disk clean up!..
But i did not install any hardware recently!.
also my graphic update is done recently.
anti virus also updated!
May be i am open lots of applications in the background which may cause this..
also i download third party softwares which may cause this. i uninstall all those and reduce the number of background applications...
Not receive another BSOD my pc running fine..
