Windows 7 Everyone out of the POOL

I have a BSOD that reads: "BAD_POOL_HEADER" Does anyone have a clue about what this means?

Oh, that was so nice and easy. Thanks for all the help. Turned out to be a RAM incompatability coupled with a Hauppauge WinTV card that was not functioning as expected. Wow, what a great forum.
