Windows 7 Experiencing Graphical Glitches and Random Crashes: Need Help Troubleshooting

Please help, i've been getting random crashes in which the computer screen turns fizzy with a graphical pattern and it freezes. Sometimes I get BSODs of all sorts, but I do not have enough time to write it down.
I have attached files on information of events hosts sys info, and etc.

Looks like from your dump that ntfs.sys has become corrupted. Try running the windows repair option (boot from the windows disk and run repair at the install screen).
