hi
while installing Itune I got this info :HRESULT 0x800736FD need help please advise

Solution
Step by step.

I open the command prompt by clicking on it and selection Run As Administrator.

Click on All Programs, Accessories, and on Command Prompt.

When you see the flashing under line type SFC /scannnow or just copy and paste this in.
Hit enter, it should run a search and replace or repair any bad system files.

Try that and see if it fixes the problem.

Hi

You could take a look at this page...

Based on this I'd try running sfc /scannow from the c:\ prompt.
See if it fixes some corrupt system files, and solves the problem before I try anything else.

Right click on the prompt and select run as administrator.
