Windows 10 Flicks options is missing

there is no flicks tab . i have taken a screenshot, find the attachment

You can try the following

• Open 'Command Prompt'
• Run the following command reg add HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pen /v LegacyPenInteractionModel /t '
• Reboot and test

Thanks for your responding. But unfortunately having same result even though applied the command that you said

by the way I have installed a pen tablet driver into my system
