Windows 10 From my windows10 pc ,cannot login to copy files using '\\ipaddress' to windows 2019 server

When i am trying to login to windows server 2019 for file copy '(\\xxx.xx.xx.xx)' i received "Access denied" message
please see the below logs and help me to correct the issue.
My PC version : Windows 10 PRO with latest patch update
Server version : Windows server 2019 DC (Last patch level KB4589208)

Solution
If it prompts for credentials, double check you're using credentials from the remote system and they have adequate rights. Since it's a workgroup computer you can use credentials from the tempting computer

Domain or workgroup systems? Does the account your using have "access this computer from network" rights, are you accesing a share or just c$?

This is work group system and "access this computer from network " rights already granted .
try to access both sha re and c$, but same result "access denied" received.
