Do you have any new .dmp files?
The Bsod does it happen when going or coming from Hibernate? You could try disabling Hibernate. Rebooting and then re enabling it. Before that though can you post your .dmp files.
Another thing do you have a fingerprint reader on the machine as the driver PBADRV.sys Mon Jan 07 18:52:14 2008 is from before the release of Windows 7. You can probably get the update from Dell.
Could you post the Spec of the machine please. Just thought how I've seen this happen before and a bios update fixed it.
