I have had Windows 8.1 on my tower for about a 2 months now.

Am just getting tired of how controlling it is.

I made comments in the past as to how good it was. I was being optimistic.

Just missing all the good stuff in Windows 7. I don't care if I have to do ALL those updates. I want Windows the way it was suppose to be.

So here I go..... wiping time........

Ok..... I wanted to go back to Windows 7 Professional.

But it would not give me my network card driver. So I re-installed my Windows 8.1 again.............

Just off the top of my head....... thinking that Windows 8.1 is great on a computer that was made for it.

My tower was made by me. Maybe that is why it gave me issues. Going back to Win7 was/is great though. Why does 7 like my box when 8 doesn't... Hmmmm

Like Trouble said, install Classic Shell and use it like it's Windows XP or Windows 7!
I've used it for years it works great, actually better then Windows 7.
