for the past few weeks (ever since I moved to UK), I've been getting this message a couple times every day
It comes up, I press "dismiss all" or "continue" or the red cross, and no matter what I press it appears 2 or 3 times more and I have to close it again
after that everything works fine

I'd try updating or re-installing the flash player again.

dunno how, but the thing stopped bothering me
