Windows 7 Harddisc-Controller and Windows 7?

Hi

I normally don't speak english. So i'm sorry for my bad language.

Yesterday i downloaded and installed windows 7. everythin runs perfekt. exept my hd-controller...
it's a "PROMISE SATA300 TX4 PCI"

i try the windows-update

also the driver-package. but in it are only .OEM .sys .dll files, who i can't execute...

and the controller-bios. but my pc says, that i haven't the true windows version... (exactly it's right, i tried the Win Vista x64 version of the bios)

i'm happy with every idea or suggestion...

Definitely sounds like a driver issue.. What is the exact model of your motherboard?...
