Solution ussnorway May 21, 2015 Try using a shortcut; 1. right click on a blank part of the desktop and pick 'New' then 'Shortcut' 2. in the text screen type shutdown.exe /s /t 00 When pressed this shortcut will override whatever is getting in the way and force a shutdown.
