I was thinking of customizing my Windows 7 desktop and I did a couple of image search on desktop customization. Then I found this one pic. I'm quite amazed on how the desktop is customized.

So I was wondering, does anybody knows how to customize the desktop so it would be exactly like in the pic?

One of the item in use is a program called circle dock. Also Possibly Stardocks object dock.
