I had Windows 10 installed on your computer as a means to update 8.1.
I had to format the computer and installed Windows 10 from scratch.

Now came up with some of the previous installation settings. (so open Windows for the first time, were already there)

I want a Windows completely new.

Some apps I had installed the previous Windows are live tiles on the start menu, but not yet installed, but I took the pattern of organization of tiles. And I do not want them.

I want all factory default.

In short, I want to disable all synchronization of Windows 10.
How do I do that?

Goto "settings" and disable them... most are in accounts but there are also some in apps. you know these syncs DON'T install anything but just remember what settings you like i.e. time zone, single click, and background images also the snyc settings are logged on-line with your Microsoft id account so you may already have some of them stored and would also want to log in to your Microsoft email to tweak them.
