Windows 7 How to read off administrator password?

Hello i got one little problem . When i was having a administrator permission on Xp i could read the password when i was logged in with program ( i was using Elcomsoft Proactive System Password Recovery ). Now im using Windows 7 and i got administrator permission but only my dad know password. Is there any chance i can read off this password?
Help me please!

Technically, it's against the rules for us to post that here
If you need administrator rights to install programs or games, ask your dad to lo on to his account so you can install the applications.
