I don't know what happened. I had windows 7 installed on a seperate partition and it worked fine. Then I chose to upgrade my Vista install and now I have this messed up taskbar problem. When the computer first boots it's small like it's supposed to be and looks fine. But after a second it looks like the attached screen shot. Most of the time it does not display the open windows, and if it does you can't close them by right clicking. If you do close the window, it looks blank like in the screen shot. How do I fix this and make it display properly? If I pin any applications to the taskbar the icon is really small no matter what settings I put it on. Someone please help!
