Windows 7 I Can't install windows live mail on my computer

Hello good morning...

I've a problem, i install window live mail on my PC and when i try to open it, it show the message:
"Wait few minutes while windows configueres live mail."
Then it desapears and didn't open live mail...


I will wait for answers,
