patcooke Microsoft MVP Staff member Microsoft MVP Dec 29, 2012 #2 Looks more like a roblem with the modem/router than the wireless adapter. Is your pc showing as "connected" to the router? Has the router previously worked but now stopped or is it a new one? Go to programs, accessories, command prompt, run it and enter the following command: ipconfig /all SPost the output on here and we can help analyse the problem better.

Jimbo22 Windows Forum Team Staff member Dec 29, 2012 #3 Sometimes just unplugging the modem/router from the AC outlet for one minute and then plugging it back in will do the trick.
