Apologies, I am not very good with computers, but I am in desperate need of help.
Under device managers, it appears that these devices need up-to-date drivers, otherwise I can't connect to the internet. :(
I have provided as much information as I possibly can. I will also include a couple of screenshots.

Solution
You need to go to Link Removed page and input your service tag or product ID. This will bring up your exact make/model and then download the desired drivers. From your two screen shots.....it looks like you need the chipset driver and the LAN/Wifi driver.
