Windows 7 i really need help with this

well i been searching for help everywhere and me being stupid the last place i would ask for help is a windows 7 forums -.-


ok now i have installed windows 7 and i really enjoy it and all untill i played cod4 i had a serious lag problem...i searched everywhere no1 has the same problem as me...its not punkbuster ill post a pic of my lagometer on cod4

please help me with this i cant play any games that i download it doesnt have to do with connection because i can play runescape and stuff like that on internet without lag

First off what are your PC specs, driver revisions for videocard, and build number of windows 7?

Simply stating runescape works doesnt help as thats very low spec game and COD is fairly high spec game....if that screen grab is the level ya playing it at then that instantly suggests a very weak video card is the problem.
