Update: The problem was solved but strange, I don't see why or how almost all of my computers drivers were deleted.

My computer was working fine yesterday night then I turned it off and went to
sleep. This morning I turned it on to find that the resolution was completely off so I went to check the resolution settings. They're set to 800 x 600 and
Grayed out so I can't even change them. Also the name of my HDTV was changed in the settings to (Default Monitor).
So then I check Catalyst Control Center and when I tried to open it a popup said "Catalyst Control Center cannot be started. There are currently no settings that can be configured using Catalyst Control Center." Also when I reboot a popup comes up on start saying "No AMD Graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD Hardware" So I checked if the computer could even find the graphics card, it did in device management but it fails to load any information like vram and etc. So I tried updating the driver for my Radeon HD 6750 and I restart the computer. The same error message come up about no installed drivers or non-functioning ones. I've sat here for an hour trying to figure this out. Please help or give some advice on how I can fix this.

Update: I also realised my sound isn't working, so maybe a couple things got uninstalled. Im thinking about doing a restore to a couple days ago, should I?

It sounds like you've encountered a significant issue with your computer where most of your drivers, including those for your graphics card and sound, appear to have been either deleted or are not functioning correctly. Here are some steps you can take to address this problem:

Steps to Resolve Driver Issues:

  1. Check for System Restore Points:
    • Before proceeding with any changes, it's a good idea to check if there are any recent system restore points available. This will allow you to revert your system back to a point where it was working correctly.
    []Reinstall Device Drivers:
    • Since the drivers seem to be missing or malfunctioning, you can try reinstalling them. Here's how you can do it:

    []Reinstall Device Drivers:
    • Since the drivers seem to be missing or malfunctioning, you can try reinstalling them. Here's how you can do it:
      • Graphics Card Driver:
      • Visit the AMD website and download the latest driver for your Radeon HD 6750.
      • Uninstall the current driver completely before installing the new one.
      • Sound Driver:
      • If the sound driver is missing as well, you can download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer's website.

    ]System Restore:
    • If you decide to go ahead with a system restore, make sure to choose a restore point from a few days ago when your computer was working fine. This can potentially resolve the driver issues.
    []Check for Windows Updates:
    • Ensure that your Windows operating system is up to date by checking for any pending updates. Sometimes, driver issues can be resolved by installing the latest updates.

      Performing a System Restore:

    • To perform a system restore on Windows:
      1. Press Windows + R, type rstrui, and press Enter.
      2. Follow the on-screen instructions to choose a restore point.

        Additional Tips:

    • ]Backup Important Data:
    • Before making any major changes to your system, it's a good practice to back up your essential data to prevent any potential data loss. I recommend trying the steps above sequentially, starting with reinstalling the drivers and then considering a system restore if necessary. If the issue persists or you need further assistance, feel free to provide more details.
