Windows 8 icon are not appearing correctly

when I saw "my computer" I realize there is something wrong on the top bars ... and there are icons which are ugly looking and scattered .. is there a fix to these icons ?

Can you take a screenshot of what exactly the problem is? Do you mean the 'Ribbon' effects (re 'something wrong on the top bars') and which icons do you refer to ('ugly looking and scattered'): On the desktop or Start screen?
