Windows 7 Increasingly frequent BSOD (and knock-on issues) - Can anyone help?

I've had my computer since September. It was a custom build but the guy who did it knows his stuff.
Started off ok, but I soon started getting occasional BSOD. These became increasingly frequent and now it's so bad I'm lucky if I can go 5 minutes without a crash.
Some blue-screens restart the computer on their own, others require me to manually restart.
The computer also behaves erratically after some crashes (mouse responding strangely) and requires a restart.

I know next to nothing about the workings of Computers in terms of hardware or software beyond the basics, so I'm at an utter loss over this. I have thoroughly virus and malware checked and can find nothing.

Here's the CPU-Z images...

(The motherboard seems to require the RAM sticks to be alligned this way, in the outermost slots first, thus 2 and 3 are empty)

...and here's a .rar of todays minidumps

If anyone can help I'd be really, REALLY grateful!

EDIT: Here's an overview of my system in case any of this info's helpful:

1. The memory is set right, thank you for attaching the screenshots.

2. The culprit of your crashes is Atheros Wireless USB Network Adapter driver, update it:

athrxusb.sys Mon Jan 29 07:57:10 2007

3. Update other drivers too:

Intel GMA
igdkmd64.sys Fri Nov 06 18:52:47 2009

Magic ISO
mcdbus.sys Tue Feb 24 05:34:07 2009

Research In Motion BlackBerry Device
RimUsb_AMD64.sys Wed Apr 16 10:49:32 2008

4. If bsod's persist, replace Avast with MSE:

avast! Uninstall Utility

Link Removed due to 404 Error

Re: Increasingly frequent BSOD (and knock-on issues) - Can anyone help? (Sorry for double post - crashed during edit and seems to have wiped previous attempt)

Excellent! Thank you so much!
I'll have a go at sorting this out and let you know how it works out.

Thanks again!

You are welcome. :)

Re: Increasingly frequent BSOD (and knock-on issues) - Can anyone help? (Sorry for double post - crashed during edit and seems to have wiped previous attempt)

Just a quick update. I was unable to find more recent drivers for my wireless adapter, but it was pretty old anyway so I bought a new one.

Since installing I've had no crashes at all! Thanks so much for your help!

Fil

So far sounds good, Fil, thanks for keeping this updated. As for the Atheros driver, here it should be partner.atheros.com/Drivers.aspx.
