Hello all,
Every few days or so I get a BSOD, usually IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL but I have had SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION a few times. I've had my computer for about 3 weeks now, and I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I've tried resitting every piece of hardware in my computer, I've ran chkdsk /r /f on my SSD and HDD, with no problems there. sfc /scannow doesn't find any integrity problems and memtest86 came up clean, also. My computer is fully updated through Windows Update, and I've updated all of my devices with the latest drivers (from the manufacturer websites). My Antivirus is AVG Premium.
I ran WhoCrashed and it came back with this:
On Sun 24/07/2011 15:07:23 GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\072411-23790-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x7FD00)
Bugcheck code: 0xA (0xFFFFF880033D27B0, 0x2, 0x1, 0xFFFFF80003096A76)
Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.
My computer specs are as followed:
AMD Phenom X4 955 @ 3.20GHz
Sapphire ATI 5850 1GB XTREME
GA-870A-UD3 Motherboard Rev 3.0
OCZ ModXStream Pro 600w Silent SLI Certified Modular Power Supply
OCZ Gold 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C9 1333MHz Low-Voltage Dual Channel Kit
OCZ Agility Series 30GB 2.5" SATA-II Solid State Hard Drive (OCZSSD2-1AGT30G)
Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache
My computer is in AHCI mode if that makes any difference, and I've tried both the native Windows 7 AHCI driver and the AMD one (the one I'm currently using atm).
I've attached the files that the stickies told me to attach, I'm sorry if they're not correct, just tell me and I'll get the right ones.
Thanks,
Absel

Hello Absel and welcome to the forums.
My first suggestion would be to remove AVG from your system, by firsting using the programs and features applet found in the control panel and follow that up by using the vendor specific proprietary removal tool found in Link Removed.
In addition you are running an old driver
MTiCtwl.sys 11/4/2008 from a company called MagicTune, you should probably address that issue as well by either updating to something more current from the vendor, or uninstalling the program and or as a last resort renaming the old driver with a .OLD or .BAK extension.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff880033d27b0, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80003096a76, address which referenced memory

MagicTune is used for tuning my Samsung Monitor, but I don't mind going without it if it will help. There's no update to it unfortunately, or I would have updated it by now.
I'll try switching to Microsoft Security Essentials for the time being, and uninstall AVG like you said
I'll report back if I get another bluescreen, or report if I don't get any blue screens for like 4 days.
Thanks

Did both of the tips you suggested and just got a bluescreen, making it the second today.

description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that the kernel has detected critical kernel code or data corruption.
This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.
Should I just reformat and skip the AVG & Magictune next time?
I uploaded the files for this blue screen, sorry if there's any duplicates (I just copied over the old ones in the Seven Forums folder)
Thanks,
Absel

OK, moving forward....let's try one of nmsuk's or is it Elmer's trick and change the command rate that you are presently using according to your CPUz images from 1T to 2T, every motherboard is different so you may have to consult your MoBo's documentation or rummage around abit in the BIOS Setup Utility to find it, but give it a go and see if that helps.
This dump that you just posted isn't really very helpful and looks a bit more foreboding than I suspect it actually is.
Keep us posted.

CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION (109)
This bugcheck is generated when the kernel detects that critical kernel code or
data have been corrupted. There are generally three causes for a corruption:
1) A driver has inadvertently or deliberately modified critical kernel code
or data. See Link Removed due to 404 Error
2) A developer attempted to set a normal kernel breakpoint using a kernel
debugger that was not attached when the system was booted. Normal breakpoints,
"bp", can only be set if the debugger is attached at boot time. Hardware
breakpoints, "ba", can be set at any time.
3) A hardware corruption occurred, e.g. failing RAM holding kernel code or data.

Additionally will you have a look at Logitech's website and see if they have anything more recent
for either of these two drivers,
LGBusEnum.sys 11/23/2009
and
LGVirHid.sys 11/23/2009
They're neither actually too old but it would be nice to see something a bit more current if available.
