Windows 7 install.exe has stopped working

Hi everyone
I have windows 7 on my laptop which is a lenovo ideapad S10-3. Now I have recently bought the BSNL EVDO AC 8700 but everytime i try to run the installation CD ROM on my laptop, I see this message " install.exe has stopped working.the problem details are as follows.Please help

Try downloading the modem driver from the manufacturer's website and install that.
