Windows 7 Installed Application Icon not appeared in Real Shape at Desktop on Windows 7

Hi everybody,

I have a problem i think it will be minor.
Whenever i have installed a new Application at Windows 7 then after installed Application, Application icon appeared on Desktop but not in real shape.

There are so many icons at Desktop like this.
please help me, i want to resolve problem permanent

i am not able to give you screen shot in this forum,
i can explain u like
when we Right Click at Desktop for create new Shortcut, then ICON appear on Desktop.
So, that type of icons are appeared on Desktop when i installed Application Softwares.

If you still can;t able to understand my problem, then plz tell by using what way i can paste Screen Shot
here
