I am building my first custom pc and I am trying to install windows onto it using and official windows ISO. When I plug in my usb the error 0xc000000f occurs. I can't follow what it says as I can't even see that when I plug in. This is the first screen I see: Can you help me?

2. Choose your language settings, and then click "next".
3. Repair your computer.
