Windows 7 Internal 2.5 Laptop Hard drive not recognized in MY Computer

I have a Gateway FX notebook. It has two internal hard drive bay. I am running Windows 7. I just bought a second hard drive and install it. It i showing up in the BIOS and in the device manager but not in MY Computer. What do I need to do to see the new hard drive in the My Computer section.

Right-click on My Computer, Manage, and see if you can assign a drive letter to the new hard drive. If you can, it will show up in My Computer.
