Windows 10 ( Language ) Unavailable in this edition of Windows

I'm using windows 10 and I'm trying to change my keyboard input or language to Korean but it says Unavailable in this edition of windows. How do I change it into korean if it's not letting me?

•My windows 10 is up to date
•Googled every thing
•Tried the advanced option but still does nothing
•I've tried installing it manually but it's still not possible.

I'm using the Pro version of Windows 10 which may have some bearing?

It used to be the case that you could only change or add new languages with the Ultimate or Pro versions of Windows. Can you post which version of windows 10 your using, thanks.
