Windows 10 Last Windows Update (August 2019) - 3 hours to install

My computer needed more than 3 hours to install the last update today (August 20th, 2019) while I needed to finish an urgent work. Can you please inform customers about the time an update should take ?! ("Between 2 and 3 hours" for example). Because I am really furious!

My computer is normal: 8 Go RAM, i3, 1,40 GHz, SSD, good Wifi and around 30 Go available on my disk.
