I had some problems from one of my programs and decided to reload the image I had saved two weeks ago. When I tried to load the image (I have windows 10) I was told that the image was stored in bios (I assume legacy) and my computer is UEIF bios and it will not load the image. What am I suppose to do. I have a asus p9x79le mother board. I stored the image with that bios.

  1. I would suggest first go into Control Panel > Programs and Features and see if the program has a repair option.
  2. If not or that did not resolve the issue, remove the program and re-install it.
As far as an "image" are you referring to a backup and what software did you use to create this "image" BIOS and UEFI are two separate systems for starting a computer UEFI being the replacement to the aging BIOS. There wouldn't be any "images" stored here.
