Windows 7 Local area connection doesn t have a valid IP configuration

when i start pc i see( Local area connection doesn t have a valid IP configuration) no connection ?
when i start troubleshoot it solve problem?
can i solve this problem ?
so i can start windows 7 en not every time use trobleshooting to fix the problem
