Let's start this one out fresh (as it's been a month or two since the last memory dumps were captured).
Also, let's see if this will give us any other info:
Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (eventvwr.msc)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).
Your BIOS dates from 2008. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

Description:
The platform firmware has corrupted memory across the previous system power transition. Please check for updated firmware for your system.
If the mobo is no longer supported with BIOS updates, then it may be a BIOS problem that is unfixed. I'd contact Gigabyte about this to see if there is a known problem in this area.
Only 665 mB of RAM free. Low memory can cause errors, please upgrade your RAM (see the Gateway website or
RAM Memory Upgrade: Dell, Mac, Apple, HP, Compaq. USB drives, SSD at Crucial.com to see what memory you can upgrade to). While waiting to upgrade your RAM, please trim back the startup items so that all non-essential items don't run at startup. Also ensure that you only use one program at a time.
Only 120 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 160 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get
ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all). I don't recall if this was addressed in the previous posts - if it was, you can skip it.
Some of your Kaspersky drivers date from 2009 - I'd suggest updating your Kaspersky product to the latest version (issues with these drivers can also cause errors that blame the network adapter).
Lot's of issues with your nVidia software in the System event log. Please:
- un-install the nVidia software/drivers
- download a fresh copy of the latest drivers from
http://www.nvidia.com - install the freshly downloaded software/drivers
- monitor for further issues.
You have a Atheros AR5007UG Wireless USB Network Adapter:
I do not recommend using wireless USB network devices. Especially in Win7/Win8 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7(and I suspect with Win8) - using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win7/Win8 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.
I would strongly suggest removing this device and it's software in order to see if they are the cause.
The last memory dump blames the wireless USB network adapter's drivers also, so that increases the likelyhood of the problems I discussed above. Since the driver dates from 2007, it's likely that this is a Vista driver (as mentioned above). You can try to fix it by un-installing the Vista drivers and installing the latest, Win7 compatible drivers for the device if you'd like - but there's no guarantee that it'll fix the problem.
Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
