Hi,
I'm new to windows, so I'm sorry if this is a dumb question. I'm using Windows 10 after 15+ years using mac and Linux (switched from XP), and considering adopting Windows as my main OS.

I'm trying to use win+ctrl+arrow to change between desktops, with a multi monitor setup.

The problem is that when I switch desktops in one monitor, the other one changes too.

for example:

I have application 1 on display A.
And I have application 2 and 3 on display B, they are in desktops B1 and B2.

When I try to change from B1 to B2, Display A also also changes from A1(which I am using for aplication 1) to A2(which I do not need).

This makes impossible to work on application 1 while monitoring both applications 2 and 3.

I'm sure there is a box somewhere that I just need to tick, but I cannot find it anywhere.

Solution
Not that I'm aware of but I've never looked into it that much. You can take a look at this for config.

Thanks, that did it. Pinning the app to all desktops solves my problem.

The downside is that I have to pin the app every time I open it. The upside is that this allows me to have some applications change, and others stay.
That's because a desktop is composed of all screens.

Thanks for the info. That is what I feared.

Is there a way to change that? Alternatively, is there another feature that I could use instead?
