It is possible that you can make your own OS using Microsoft Visual Basic 2010
Here's mine. PS: It do not delete your Windows if you open it and click shut down the os will be shut down and windows is there simple.

Hello, this is potentially insecure software. I have removed the link to the executable file because it is not digitally signed and creates security vulnerability warnings in Windows. Can you please explain how you believe that you have created an operating system that is 418KB and runs as an executable file in Windows? This would not be an operating system.
