Windows 7 need help sharing files with homegroup

every time i change my settings on my homegroup they dont change

Could you be a little more specific about what settings you are trying to change and how you are trying to change them? What Versions of Win 7 are you running?

If u want to say share my music ... try

Start
Click your account name . This should bring up videos music etc.

Right click the folder . E.g music
There should be an option that says share
If you click on share you should have about 3 options . Click share with everyone.

Let me no if it works . So try right clicking the folder that the files are in
