Windows 10 Need Help with File Association for Sending Video via Email

I want to send a video (1 MB) by email but a message tells me I have to create a file association. I select videos in the default programs and check the drop down list but there is no email to choose so I cannot send the video. I found no way to resize the video. I would appreciate any help in solving my problem.

Try zipping the video and sending that.

Create your email, write something in it, then attach a file to the email, in outlook you press the paperclip icon, and select from there your video.
