Windows 7 New behavior after upgrade to 7057?

I did a clean install win 7 7057 64bit and now the icons bar IE, Windows Explorer and Windows Media have a new behavior.
With older version every time I clicked on Windows Explorer Icon i had a new Windows now only maximize/minimize the window, for a new window i had to right-click and window explorer
The same for the other program on windows bar
Is this normal?

I didn't notice this change, I came from 7048 so maybe I missed out. Is this good or bad? BTW, build 7048 was better.

Why 7048 is better?
7057 is faster
