Windows 7 New to Win7 /Problem with Icon position on Desktop

Hello.
Just got a new computer with Windows 7 on it. Love it so far, but one small problem. I like to have my "Recycle Bin" right up next to my task bar, in the lower right hand side. I always had it there in XP, but in 7 it won't go any closer then about an inch & a half above my task bar. Is there a setting or a "Tweak" program that would let me move it where I want it?

Sure thing...I should have posted it, sorry. Right click anywhere on Desktop, then go to View>Align icons to grid. Uncheck "Align icons to grid". That's it. Also make sure "Auto arrange icons" is unchecked too.
