I upgraded to Windows 7 recently, I can seem to get everything to work well except for the audio drivers. I've tried to installed the Realtek, SoundMAX, none seem to work. I've looked at the BIOS but am fearful of updates I don't understand; not to mention none seem to be for Windows 7. Will I have to wipe my machine and do a fresh install from my XP home edition disc?

Here are my stats:

Windows 7 Professional (build 7600)
Install Language: English (United States)
System Locale: English (United States)

3.20 gigahertz Intel Pentium 4
16 kilobyte primary memory cache
1024 kilobyte secondary memory cache
Hyper-threaded (2 total)

Board: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. P4C800-E Rev 1.xx
Bus Clock: 200 megahertz
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. 1018.004 09/24/2004

Thanks in advance!
