So today, I finally just got fed up of my Windows 8.1 Pro installation and wanted to go back to Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit again. So, after a while of waiting, my PC was rid of Windwos 8 and I was back to Windows 7. I wanted to make my taskbar transparent, and I have been searching it up, but all the suggestions have not worked. They all say right click on desktop, choose Personalize, and then choose Window Color, and from there you can change the color of your windows and choose transparency options, but when I click on it, it get this box with advanced options for almost every aspect of your windows, EXCEPT for a few options, including transparency. Does anyone know where I can ACTUALLY find the transparency option for my specific installation. Again, it is Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit.

I fixed it. For anyone else having problems, what I did was just update my video card drivers. It worked after that.
