I got out my soundcard and wifi-card and now the pc works again. Though i like to know the culprit.

I managed to download and run all of the programs, the Windows 7 tool, RAMmon, and the CPUZ tool. I've got all of the relevant screenshots and files in a zip file. Incidentially, for some reason the uploader here will not accept the zip file. It's less than 2MB, and I can unzip and view the contents so it's not a corrupted file issue, When I try and upload it here I get a red error button in the uploader window, highlighting it with the cursor says Error 2038 and some other bits. So I put it on dropbox:

Thanks in advance!

Hi -

Not sure what is happening here.

There are no dump files in your zip attachment.

msinfo32 WERCON shows a BSOD occurred on 15 June 2013, yet Event Viewer entries stop recording on 3 April:

Uninstalled Avast and updated drivers. Seems ok so far.
Thanks Tobias!

Still problems with video. Driver stops says and says 'display driver has crashed but has recovered' and sometimes the pc freezes.

The errors/crashes you are describing sound like 0x116 "Live Kernel Events" - a Video TDR timeout where the video driver is unable to reset itself in the time allotted (usually 30 secs), but ultimately does recover. If no recovery, a BSOD would then occur.

See if Driver Verifier flags any 3rd party drivers - Driver Verifier - BSOD related - Sysnative Forums

Let it run for 24 hours minimum. Upon BSOD, please run -

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions - Windows 8, 7 & Vista - Sysnative Forums

Attach the resulting zip file to your next post in this thread at this forum.
